The Government of Pakistan, via Finance Act 2025, has announced new tax rates applicable from 1st July 2025 on profits from National Savings Schemes and property transactions under Sections 151, 156, 236K, and 236C of the Income Tax Ordinance.

📌 Note on FBR Property Valuation Rates (After July 2025)
Starting 1st July 2025, FBR has revised property valuation tables across Pakistan to bring them closer to actual market values. This is aimed at ensuring fair taxation and closing the documentation gap.
